  • Will I be refunded if the park is closed due to COVID19?

    Yes full refunds will be provided if the park is closed or travel restricted as a result of Covid19

  • How much is the deposit?

    At the time of booking, we ask for a £50 deposit to secure your break.

  • When is the final balance due?

    6 weeks before arrival

  • What is the refundable damages deposit of £100?

    When paying the final balance, a £100 refundable breakages deposit is also charged, this is fully refundable within 7 days of your break following the van clean and inspection

  • Are the Haven ‘Play’ passes included in the price

    No.  Play passes are purchased directly with Haven.


  • Are dogs allowed on the park?

    Yes, Rockley Park is a dog friendly park – take a look at our Dog friendly section of the website for some suggestions of great places to go with your furry friend in the local area.

  • What time can I arrive at the van?

    Check in is 4pm

  • What time do I have to leave the van?

    Check out is 10am

  • How do I access the van on arrival?

    All vans will have a key safe by the front door.  In advance of your arrival you will receive the code for the key safe (please leave your keys back in the safe on departure)

  • Are there any local pubs within walking distance of the park?

    Yes, there is a lovely dog friendly pub serving great food and drink within walking distance of the site (The Yachtsman)
