Facilities and Play Pass information

Rockley Park is jam-packed full of facilities for your fun and convenience, from the lovely pools, sports and play areas, to bars and restaurants where you can enjoy a nice drink and a bite to eat. 

Who can purchase a Play Pass online:

Private letting guests can purchase Play Passes online if:

• The date and duration matches a Haven holiday (Monday for 4 or 7 nights, Friday for 3 or 7 and Saturday for 7 nights)

What a Play Pass includes:

A Play Pass will give you access to pre-book free and paid activities for all ages, access to swimming pools, access to all entertainment and arcades.

How it works:

Private letting guests can purchase a Play Pass and book activities, and restaurant tables, 12 weeks before the day of arrival. You can also use the Play Pass to book swimming sessions 4 weeks before arrival too. 

For example, if you are arriving on Saturday 20 May, you can book a swimming session from Saturday 22 April. And if you want to book a restaurant table or any activities, you can book from Saturday 25 Feb. To buy passes, please go to: haven.com/play-pass

For Play Passes a child is 4-15yrs and an adult is 16yrs+. Infants aged 0-3yrs old will not require a Play Pass. Play Passes will need to be purchased for all adults and children registered to arrive.

If you wish to purchase passes when you get to park, you can do so, and the same price will apply. Play Passes for any duration or arrival dates that do not coincide with a Haven holiday must be purchased on park, subject to availability.

Should you be opting to simply ‘Stay’ and don’t require a Play pass, you will still be able to book a table once on park in the restaurants to enjoy a meal (subject to availability), and order from the takeaway food outlets.

Swimming sessions

You can book up to 14 swim sessions for your break in advance. Booking opens 4 weeks before your arrival date. You will be provided with the details of how to book once a Play Pass has been purchased.

Fun-filled activities

Free activities and the ones that you need to pay a little extra for can be booked 4 weeks before your arrival date. You will be provided with the details of how to book once a Play Pass has been purchased.

Restaurants

You can either turn up and wait to be seated or pre-book a table up to 4 weeks before your arrival date. You do not require Play Passes to use the restaurants.

Entertainment

Havens entertainments venue is free-flow, with a valid Play Pass. The full entertainment schedule can be viewed online
